Orders are packed and ready to be shipped within 12h.

Australian Shipping 

Flat rate shipping - $9.95 tax included - delivered in 1-5 days
Flat rate express shipping - $19.95 tax included delivered in 1-2 days
For Australian orders we ship using AusPost or Sendle. You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched so please refer to your shipment email for tracking details.
We also offer Express Post delivery. This service provides delivery in 1 to 2 working days of dispatch See AusPost and Sendle full delivery times.

Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

Contact info@biodough.com.au before returning an item. Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, contact us so we can provide the remedy required by law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a refund, replacement or another appropriate remedy. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unopened, unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened playdough and used sensory-play products cannot be returned for change of mind. You are responsible for change-of-mind return postage, and original shipping charges are not refundable. Please wait for return approval before sending your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us as soon as possible and, where practical, within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. This notification period does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Timing

We will confirm the outcome after reviewing your request and, where needed, inspecting the returned item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the funds. Store credit will be provided only if you choose it.
